    is everyone sure we can trust the post that was made showing the bad code.

    the evidence is gone,how can we convict without it ?
    I find the defendent not guilty due to lack of evidence.

    case dismissed i think unless someone can show facts.

    This isn't directly related to the question at hand, but personally I don't put much stock in Alexa rankings. I've been moving in and out of the top 100,000 with my book's site, for example, but its traffic is nowhere near his. Take what Alexa says with a (big) grain of salt. I bet most of the people visiting his site don't use the Alexa toolbar.

    Someone gave me red rep for reporting a cheating site to Google.

    FYI- I am an advertiser and have every right to report fraudulent activity.

    Why would you find that offensive?
