When you're banned do all the domains you had listed become banned too or is it just the domain you signed up with?

Is your name and address blacklisted too?

Your domains are not banned, just your account(yes username and email). You could put another account onto your domaine and it would work, for a while at least, till it got banned for cheating as well.

Doesn't google send you a warning for to correct the problem before the ban?

Depends on the violation. It's sometimes discretionary but they are never obligated to give you a warning.

I thought domains were banned as well. I'd like to sign up again, this time no sharing my AdSense code.

Your domain is not banned, but you are, so no, you can't sign up again.

Really? I've heard some people say that they just bought a domain, signed up for AdSense then got turned down because their just bought domain was banned previously.

Once a domain is banned, it can not show adsense ads, even if you ad the code to it, ads wont show up. For a banned account, usually, AFAIK, they do not ban all the domains, unless you are doing something wrong on all those websites. I maybe wrong.

Sam I think you need to read some of the banned threads on this site and private message someone that has been banned.

Boy, this is a little confusing. So I am banned, but my domains are OK? So if I sold my domains the next guy would have no problem putting his Adsense ads up?

He might, technically it is the person/account that is banned, but if you sold the account and the new owner puts up adsense on it Google might think it's you and ban him as well and it will be up to him to prove his case to get re-instated.

Who's name was the frozen account in? If yours, then you cannot sign up again.

Why did they ban your account? If you don't figure this out, the same thing will happen with Yahoo or any other company you sign up with.

Google has given warnings for invalid clicks, though it's rare!!! They just don't explain what kind of invalid cliks are being generated. Some one clicking ads, clicks on a page that breaks the rules, made for AdSense site clicks....You have to find out how to stop them your self!!

It won't happen again. I'm going to be very careful with my code and immediately report anything suspicious.

In the past, they have put a block on all domains associated with your account, not just the one(s) that generated the invalid clicks. I don't believe this practice has changed unless it is very recently.

Changing ownership is not a way to unblock a domain that has been suspended, you would have to get AdSense to unblock it, which they usually will not do if the block was placed for invalid clicks.

That is very interesting... have you posted that on your blog? I have seen a lot of sites being sold where the owner says that he has been banned by adsense, but that the new owner can put up their code on the site without any problems.
