I recently like 3 months before took hosting from dollar2host seeing their reviews which were quite ok and their price was very cheap . The first month was nice not so bad as it had a 30 day money back i guess . But from 2nd month they became insane . Their server was down like everyday for 20-30 mins and some days could go even worse . If I ask them in live support they used to tell please hold on and I used to wait for like 15 mins later they used to say check your site now then...<br />

However, when something goes wrong on their end, there is big hope. Their tech support crew is careful when the problem on customer own. they have to do it for you.<br />

Along the way, they fixed up my Website and SSL certificate. Took them only about 2 hours to straighten out that mess. I finally sat on the phone with my friend and waited while they took care of my problem....<br />

We were hosting at TmaxHost.com for several years already and 2 weeks ago the MySQL went server down. The html is still working though, but not the emails and blogs. We tried to contact them, but we got no reply in 2 weeks. Since the MySQL server is down, we cannot do even a backup of the databases.<br />

I have a Dedicated Server with Fasthosts. They won&#039;t help at all with support, they say it is all self-managed and they only help with hardware problems.<br />

I have received an e-mail about server health parameter warnings every few minutes for the last few days. I have posted the contents of the email below.<br />

Can anyone help me...what is the problem? How do I solve it?<br />
