I recently like 3 months before took hosting from dollar2host seeing their reviews which were quite ok and their price was very cheap . The first month was nice not so bad as it had a 30 day money back i guess . But from 2nd month they became insane . Their server was down like everyday for 20-30 mins and some days could go even worse . If I ask them in live support they used to tell please hold on and I used to wait for like 15 mins later they used to say check your site now then...

Hello, whenever I try to go to youtube, facebook, or google, I get a spalsh page that says "Click on the link you want to follow" which then links me to some ad and not to the site I want. Futured Hosting support is very Great, as long as nothing is broken. They are good at hand-holding and doing simple tasks. However, when something goes wrong on their end, there is big hope. Their tech support crew is careful when the problem on customer own. they have to do it for you.

Along the way, they fixed up my Website and SSL certificate. Took them only about 2 hours to straighten out that mess. I finally sat on the phone with my friend and waited while they took care of my problem....

We were hosting at TmaxHost.com for several years already and 2 weeks ago the MySQL went server down. The html is still working though, but not the emails and blogs. We tried to contact them, but we got no reply in 2 weeks. Since the MySQL server is down, we cannot do even a backup of the databases.

Here is my story with the worst web-support ever by Mocha Host.

I stated with there cheap package for $3 per month, which was running fine until they decided to suspend my account because of excessive bandwidth usage etc..

So i upgraded to there basic VPS , i was forced to pay a higher price then which was stated on there website because i was not a new customer and had to pay another upgrade fee... i went along with it.

We have a website hosted in southern part of India. It is a webbased application developed in asp.net. What problem we are facing is that the website is either loading very slow or not opening in some locations (ISP wise). Example for some users in Bangalore the site is working very slow. But others it is working fine.

The website is used nationwide almost 250 users login to system and work almost 4-5 hours on the site. Out of 250 users only few say 20-25 users has this problem....
