    Am looking to buy a very low maintenance website with a budget of $5000

    Requirements:
    A) Revenue should be stable for at least the last 6 months
    B) Site should be low maintenance
    C) Revenue preferrable from Adsense, but affiliate income is also considered
    D) Visitors and revenue should come from at least 2 sources, so for example 2 SE's (Yahoo/MSN/Google)
    E) Subject of site is not too important, all is considered anyway
    F) Proof of complete revenue/visitors/stats/etc. is required before buying
    G) Escrow service is mandatory for both party's safety

    That is getting more like it, but the price is too much considering how much the site makes a month and I don't like that no games themselves are hosted on that domain.
