Modfyre: Unique Myspace resource website

I have decided to sell a project that I created quite recently called 'Modfyre'.

Modfyre is a website that runs off the rare and now un-available script called 'MSCMS 1.5'. It has been highly customized and re-designed, unique, from scratch, making it unique to the other websites which still use the script. More then likely, this is the most attractive website around, powered by MSCMS 1.5. (Do a search on Google, 'MSCMS 1.5' and you can see some of the websites that use the script). You can also notice alot of the features on the websites in competition do not work properley, for example their friend trains. Advertisement integration was also a big issue for the basic script, so we decided to optimize placements aswell.

We took a poorly working basic site and made it into a firey resource. Even though Modfyre has been established for only 3 weeks, it still has great traffic and revenue for the time. Over 2,500 uniques, with our biggest source of traffic coming from Modfyre users / myspace profiles. Near to $10.00 in three weeks accumilated, with our promotion and SEO work coming to a pause over a week and a half ago.

Also, for those that are actually interested in the predicted Pagerank, according to iWebtool, it is predicated PR 3, with 82.7% accuracy.

It comes complete with the license, three domains including the Modfyre.com domain, a large size custom logo and all files including over 10,000 graphics we have. It is simple to install and easy to maintain. We will offer support and guidance in getting Modfyre set up for the buyer host.

Could I put this on another domain?

 

You can't use the script on another domain, but you can point different domains to the main licensed domain.

Are all the graphics unique and tagged to modfrye or are some tagged to other sites, as well?

 

No, most of the graphics from the website are from the script content. All the rest were added from graphic packs. There are about 30 graphics that were made unique to Modfyre.

When a visitor uses one of the graphics, they automatically recieve the small Modfyre banner, which located to the top-left of their page as a linkback.

 

Update: I ran the Awstats a few hours ago and it was at 2788 UV.

 

My host went down, but now Modfyre is back up and i'm open to questions and bids!
