    I am planning to sell another niche site. This site is new and no marketing effort has been put in the site. With little marketing effort it is not difficult to bring the site to the first page of Google as the competition is low. There are only 567,000 results for the keyword "artificial wedding flowers". The site is new so assume no income.

    The site has a search volume of 14,800 and an average CPC of $1.18. The site is based on wordpress CMS and is registered at Godaddy.


    Some of the other keywords that the buyer can target include
    silk wedding flowers - 49,500 searches

    Once the payment is received the buyer will get the site database and the domain will be pushed to the Godaddy account of the buyer.
