Selling Clothing niche site for sale appears on google first page

    Hi
    I am selling a clothing niche site. The site has about 49,500 searches as per google adwords. The keyword has an average CPC of about $1.57. Recently a similar site was sold here for about $450.
    The site was appearing on the first page of google (last time I checked). I have written a few articles on ezine which have link to this site. These links will remain intact and will not be removed. Since these articles have been written only recently, the effect of these is not reflected in SERP. I am expecting the ranking to improve in a few weeks.
    Not much earnings and traffic as the site is new.
    Buyers of the site will get the domain and site files. Domain is registered at Godaddy.
