First of all, have you done your keyword research properly? Have you optimized your site to match these keywords? There is hardly any written content on your site that helps Google to determine what your site is all about. If you are after organic search traffic, you have first to get your on page seo right. As for driving buying traffic to your site, have you tried PPC? But be careful, that can be costly. If you already know the keywords you want to rank for and have money to spare, you can always go for the site mentioned in my signature. SY

If you are looking to have SEO experts to work on a monthly basis at a cheap rate head over to Odesk or scriptlance. There are some real link building guru at a cheap price.

You should consult any SEO if you don't have good knowledge of SEO.

In DP, you can find lots of experienced SEO at lower price, try finding them find those who are with high iTrader, would be reliable and you would get guaranteed services.

If you want to do yourself then you can do it as well, just try to learn it first, forums are good place for this kind of stuff, as your site is dealing in jewelery so try finding related sites and then link your site to them.

    HI!
Try to by advertisement in AdWords. But choose no so many key words. Analyze you competitors and choose some that they have or instead don not choose and try to find rare key words and it will be easy to promote. If I were you I would have preferred to use second variant and clarify rare key words.
Oh!! Don not forget optimize each page for 2-3 key words.

The problem is that your site almost completely lacks content. You need to have some good sales copy and descriptions. You probably also want to post a few press releases and several articles about jewelry (history, shopping for, different alloys, etc). Google isn't going to show you much love when you have almost nothing to offer but nearly empty product listings. You need to do a lot of on-site SEO and content building.
