I'm sorry to hear you were scammed, mate. Yes, this guy has a history of it. Don't take this the wrong way, but it's an example of why it's important to do deeper research and not just rely upon numbers. There is a thread discussing this scammer:
    https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/im-scammed-what-can-i-do.2606679/

And I linked to threads where he scammed someone else.

Did you pay via PP and dispute it? It's not always possible to get money back this way, but sometimes.

You would be better off finding other ways to handle this, such as a refund through whatever payment system you used or an Escrow service (a legitimate one and not a scam one he tries to recommend and obviously him paying the fees), but I doubt such a shady character would ever agree.

It's unfortunate that his ban was only short-term and he was able to return to scam other people.

Its very bad to hear that you have been ripped off by such a person who claims himself as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) specialist. I think he should better introduce himself as Scamming Entrepreneur with Optimism (SEO). If you paid him through Paypal try to get your money back by raising a claim, its not a full sure method but worth a try. And also for this kind of scammers posting restrictions (The Number of Likes) has been implemented I think, due to which true/authentic persons are unable to post the services they provide.

    Thanks

@iorgus - I have no idea which of you is telling the truth, but I do know that you don't know why he was banned.
