ok, they closed my account couple days ago telling that i was making invalid clicks .. i have never made any click on my ads and never provided incentive or asked anyone to click it .. I run those ads just clear .

I have requested from them exact proove of what they mumble. I asked them to provide me data which prooves anything and told them i'm ready to stand against any court and proove that i'm not involved in any kind of invalid click activity.

After waiting couple days, i got an email from these IDIOTS telling the same sh*t, a robotic generated email which has nothing in it but the links to their TOS. .. also telling me that they've reviewed and did not change their decision, and also that i may not participate on their adsense for the rest of my life.

Well, this is PURE ROBBERY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

they waited until the day when i was supposed to get my first payment, and just a day or to before the payment date they have disabled my account .. and thats' what those craps are doing .. simply waiting untill you generate money for them and tell you to go and F yourself ..

now they also told me they have refunded the money to the advertisers .. WHERE IS THE PROOVE OF THAT ???????????????

For anyone who's thinking to join this BS. NEVER go their way !! they are nothing but THIEVES !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am putting up a big banner on my website telliing that Google is a company of THIEVES, also i'm uninstalling all their toolbars and other crap .. Swhiching compleately to Yahoo's search. They don't deserve to get any penny as a result of my internet activity

    end of story

these days lots of attacks has been done to adsense publishers and everyday somebody gets banned because of that, we should prevent ourselves using tracking softwares to explain them, otherwise this could not be stopped..

I am a web publisher, and not a security specialist. It is not my duty to provide security for their ads - it's their duty. if they make this service a public service, then they should take care of that.

They leave this point open to ban anyone whenever they want and to ripp off their money. It's just the way the ripp off ppl.

    It has happened to me.

I have lost enormous amount of money. Such a shame!

Although I do have my hopes high on getting re-instated.

I am ready to fight for my justice!

Do you really want to go back to those thieves ? are you sure ? didn't you learn a lesson to never ever again do business with those craps ?

Think again my friend .. i'm 100% sure this is well-thought scheme of robbery ..

they will accept big sites, will be very honest with them, will accept couple popular sites, will accept sites by well-known ppl, will accept sites that have good publicity .. and will be very honest with them, so those sites will rumor all over the world that "google is the most honest company in the world" ..

but after that they will accept webmasters like you and me to simply ripp them off .. and whenever you say "you're thieves" they'll say something like "myspace.com (or another big site) doesn't think so ......"

hope you got the idea ..

I do see proof that they refund. I probably had $1000 in click quality adjustments in 2006.

How much did you have in click revenue?

If you can't get your a/c back. AdSense alternatives are your solution of future source of income. And if you are US resident, you should have no doubt join YPN now as YPN is paying as high as Google and something pay more than Google.

Google controls the internet, why would you even think about using yahoo, its crap. there are plenty of other ad networks out there. But whatever you do STAY AWAY FROM BIDVERTISER. They only pay you for 1/5 clicks. They are cons. Worse than Adsense.

If you can beat them join them.

    This is scary.
While the big webmasters with huge traffic keep telling good things about adsense, there are lot of small guys getting banned. Everyone says they have not violated the TOS.
Otherday when I checked my adsense I had almost $9 on one day (normally I am averaging around $3.5) When I checked I found that one surfer has gone crazy and clicked on 9 ads resulted in a 900% CTR. I monitered for another week and found my CTR back to normal. So I should be ok. But what if some of your opponent surf through your site and start clicking ads like crazy. Will this result in a ban?

Unfortunately on internet those who got the traffic rule!

I think what your referring to is a Mass-Tort lawsuit, And, if enough of the small publishers rallied together, it could be a possibility, But you would have to have at a minimum of 50 thousand to 100 thousand publishers to pull off a Mass Tort suit, and even then google has the power and the money to shut each and every one of them up.

This month is the first month I crossed the 100$. I am still waiting for my payment to be issued. My first payment. I don't want to get so excited though after hearing all those stories about people getting banned for "fraud" click. Google really needs to work this out. It's not always the publisher to blame.

Usually there is a completely valid reason for them banning someone. Yes, granted, they will make the ocassional mistake, but if they do, they usually rectify it after some perserverance on the part of the webmaster.

They don't even want to respond me in a human-maner .. what i could to my apile request was just a standart pre-writen message .. although i've requested to not do that and instead provide me a proove, also told them that i'm ready to stand before any court and say that i am not involved in any kind of invalid click activity ..

do they even bother to read my messages ? ... why should they read it if they have a good aranged scheme of ripping off ? ...
