it's a common practice with any other company that if you do something wrong (i mean placing ads in a wrong place unknowingly) they are supposed to warn you and advice what to do .. and not to kill you instantly ..

well, what else do i call this when they call me a thief who "steals advertisers' money" and don't even bother themself to explain/proove that ?

if i call anyone here a thief just because i want to do that and without any facts, would you not try to get me ? .. especially if you know that there's no reason .. ?

As i wrote earlier on my blog (link in sig): "It seems like Google is tightening the ring around the average publisher’s neck as time passes by. Some real competition has to get into this market before the monopoly is too dominant.

We are not talking about google payment times here, but if you were posting this just to pump your count, that's another story.

He is saying the same thing many of us feel. Which is, that Google pays me regularly and on time. It is not a scam or fraud scheme, that is simply the ramblings of people who get banned for one reason or another. Probably with good reason. I see far more sites still running Adsense in violation of TOS than good sites with no problem getting banned.

Me thinks thou doest protest too much.

well, you are not doing business with people here. and in the corporate world, you'll meet alot of people who will accuse you of anything under the sun, especially in business. you can't afford to file a lawsuit against everyone who does that. also, being able to resolve thing calmly (as opposed to blowing up) shows good leadership skills.

i can't make a comment about your being banned becaue i don't know what happened, but i would say that you might stand a better chance of reinstatement had you not threatened them with lawsuit. they are the giants after all. sure, you may say they are arrogant, and you may be right, but they are the ones in power. :( which is why previosu poster has mentioned about the need for compeitition.

just move on, and i wish you best of luck!

ok, then where's the justice ?

I told them they deserve punishment and law enforcement .. so what ? don't they ? Why should i be reduced to being a bitch who will give herself just because someone has power or money ? What about the justice ? any justice on the world ?

maybe i'm silly, but i'm still a beliver in justice ..

I once saw a sign in my auto mechanics that said:

"Speed is just a question of money, how fast to you want to go?"

I have always thought the same applied to 'justice'

"Justice is just a question of money, how much can you afford?"

Sorry, but them is facts of life.

    Stats,

I guess many if non all of us crave justice
as much as you do. The only problem here
as I see it was your 1st and 2nd email you
    sent to them.

If you kept calm and composed, and your anger
within yourself, than your chances of getting
back would be much bigger than they are now.

Maybe the big "G" will show mercy due to Christmas
spirit, and I hope so for you. Good luck to you and
    Happy Holidays, no matter what.

You agreed to their TOS which gives them the right to terminate your account for whatever reason they deem fit. There's your "justice".
Now you should learn that being polite gives you better chances at getting what you want than yelling and cursing.

Did you ever do something for someone after that guy yelled at you? No?
Did you ever do something for someone after that guy asked you politely and said "please"? Yes?

    There's your lesson right there.

You can't sue them because they do not show proof of your 'invalid-clicks', in their TOS it clearly says they have the right to close any account. - Whoops, I didn't notice the post above mine.
It's no use anyway, they're a multi-billionaire company, it would be nearly impossible to beat them through there sheer wealth. I believe if they told you how they operated then people would be looking for exploits and would trying to get pass all the techniques and operations which Google have in place.

finally .. they won't open my account and will keep my name in a database to not allow me to open any more account ...

that was what the last email from them told me .. regardless of my lot of messages telling that i'm not avare of any fraud and not involved and am ready to show whatever proof they need...

well, after that i got to a site called http://www.google-watch.org which tells a lot about google and how they keep track of everyone and every search and their willingnes to do data-mining (which is a clear violation of privacy of anyone).

so now imagine how much info they have about you and your habits .. and are all those good habits ? just won't be surprised if some day someone knocks your door because of your bad habit .. or if you start getting lot of commercial crap in your mail because someone did data mining and discovered that you were searching for viagra or something like that ..

the main figures of all these spying are 1. Google Toolbar, and 2. Google Cookies ..

so if you are concerned about your privacy, i urge you to imediately uninstall google toolbar and delete your cookies and set your browser so that it won't ever again accept any cookie from google ..

well, actually go to http://www.google-watch.org and read there .. they explain much better than i do ..

especially BE SURE to read this page http://www.google-watch.org/bigbro.html .. mostly the bottom part of it

anyway, happy new year everyone :)

Why dont you stop focusing so much negative energy on being vindictive and focus it on creating something productive? Mould your bitterness into something useful and learn how to hold your temper in future. To be quite honest, im not surprised all your correspondence was rejected, it looks unstructured and immature.

Couldnt this problem be solved easily by google? They should just program the adsense so that each publisher only can get money from two clicks from each ip each day. Then they cant blame anyone for fraud clicks, because the publishers doesnt loose anything on fraud clicks then.

and where in their TOS does it say i should be a professional writer to be involved in their program ? I'm not a native english speaker, and the way i write doesn't matter as long as i can say what i want to say ..

and about energy, be sure that i'm not sitting here all day and crying about my 150$ which google has stolen from me.. i have lot of other things to do and am doing. And you should be gratefull that i'm letting you know what they are up to so i hope some people will learn from my experience and don't become victims of those google thieves ..

then, they would start blaming that all the clicks are from false IPs (using proxyes).

The thing here is not in a technical prevention or monitoring, the thing here is about willingnes of a company to ripp their clients .. Google doesn't care anymore about their "customers" .. they got the feeling of being an authority and now they do whatever they want .. no worries about "customer satisfaction"

they just randomly select a couple ten-thousands websites each month and ban for no reason, just to keep the money and to create a hype that "google monitors the quality very closely" whch is just a crappy hype they are trying to create and unfortunately are successfull in it ..

Yes they did .. what's the meaning of your post ? I'm a customer for them too, and they don't care about me and don't care about my claims that i didn't do anything wrong and am ready to prove and provide whatever information they need as a proof ..

so what's the point of your post ? does it even have one ?
or it only has the purpose of posting links to your directories one more time ?
