I already did .. will even think of adding a *noindex* for google in my robots.txt soon .. just read my previews posts please

I'm in no way sure of that, what i'm sure about is that i am not involved in it and they occuse ME of doing that .. and about competitors or others, that's not my responsibility to catch their hand and not let them do that .. if google provides this service for public - then they're the one who should take care about security. again, i'm not a security specialist and it's not my duty to think about security for their ads.. it's Google's duty to protect their service .. not mine ..

Think about it this way. This probably won't be any consolation to you, but I'm trying to give you a different perspective.

If AdSense started to not count any clicks they deem to be fraudulent, then scammers would be able to figure out how AdSense detects fraudulent clicks. That is also why they won't go into detail when asked about proof, they simply can't. Otherwise AdSense would go downhill so fast it would make everyone's head spin, thereby ruining a lot existences and first and foremost Google's.
This is why they think banning several publishers a month for fraudulent clicks is "better" over sacrificing the entire system.

Hi stats I don't mean to be rude but take it as a friendly advice. According to the letter you've sent to Google Adsense it seems to me that you didn't make enough time writing it. You didn't even care about your spellings error. Always remember that Google loves professional letters. I've read lot testimonials that lot of people got their money back from Adsense and got back their account because they explain very detailed and professional letters. Try to make a decent letter and be courteous all the time.

Hi Another Story. of something very sad.

2 days back one of my competitor threatened to get me banned from Adsense program. As soon as I received the threat, I wrote to Adsense Support about it. I received a response if I feel that way I should submit the invalid activity log on their website. I did that soon after receiving the email.

Now the sad story, today in the morning I tried to login and there you go..banned from adsense. I have appealed refering them to my previous conversation with them and the report that I submitted to them earlier. I am not hopeful though :(

Its really getting tough for small publishers like us. To top it I spent money on adwords to bring traffic to my sites. So lost two ways.

well, in this point i woud more like to see my money back and their appologies than their system alive .. If they'r system going to die as a result of providing me proove - then it's their business .. i don't care (and actually would be glad seing that).

Look, they don't care about me .. do they care how much they've instulted me ? do they care how much health i've spent over this ? the answer is NO

so if it requires them to go out of business to provide me the proof, i would still demand it ... at this point i really don't care about their business and am VERY angry on those thieves ..

I've technically had my account closed twice, and was reinstated both times within 24 hours. Google apologized for the mistake both times, and send me a $50 Adwords voucher the second time.

Point is, given professional (and prompt) communication, I've found the AdSense team easy to work with. Hopefully it doesn't happen again though. :)

    Hello,
in my point of view everything is accepted by Google if only they prove me what went wrong.

Its ridicilous to close accounts and never give details for this.

Dont forget that WE PAY THEM!

IF any competitor come at your website and do wrong clicks.. and you get baned.. it's not a proper way.. there should be some wat to watch the traffic and have close eye on adds.. that from one ip may click at one add once..
    or anything else..
how many clicks at adds from one ip get banned account?.

Errmm, if I could just add a voice of reason to your mad rantings, I contected them a while ago about wanting to close my account, and I talked to an admin, or at least a human...

Also, I have been running google and a google alternative on my site, and so far the stats look like this:

    Google Adsense: Total Earnings US$3.26

    Alternative: 0.1 Pounds Sterling

    Thank you

Invalid clicks does not only mean that someone clicked on your ads multiple times. You can be banned for breaking a TOS and would still get the invalid clicks email. If possible, can you show us the sites on which the ads were displayed? Someone else or I might be able to figure out the real reason.

Well...after doing some research this is why you were banned. As per Google AdSense TOS, you are not allowed to show your stats to others or in public.

    Hi Friends,
I feel that people who come to forums like DP, etc gets attracted towards Adsense or other publisher programs and work on war footing to bring up a site or BUY one and setup adsense on it and try to start making $$. In the process they may miss few simple things and that may lead to violation of TOS and results in losing the account.

So I strongly feel we should have some guidelines to HELP new comers in setting Adsense on their sites.

These days in the name of Ad blending lot of people unknowingly violate TOS and are getting into troubles..

Plz share ur views on how we can help our NEW comer friends.

    Regards,

You share the same fate as several thousand webmasters across the globe. They really wait till the last to terminate your account.
Well its unethical but they are within the law.

Besides the mystery around this adsense program is shrouded in total secrecy. This has caused a lot of heartburn.

    Best try other programs.

Well, this is the letter you should have written the first time, because after accusing Google of theft, harassment, insults and that they deserve "punishment" (whatever that means to you) in your e-mails to them, do not expect a miracle . In any case, who knows Daddy Google may open their arms and receive you as the Prodigal Son's story. ;) You just need to wait and see what happens.
