Thanks again to all...but let me make it clear that only proxies (php) are hosted. Nothing more than this...and I just found a client who is trying to use automated social bookmarking script through proxies. It's simply not allowed as the social bookmarking sites might file abuse report or ban our server IP altogether. This is to ensure that all accounts on the server run reliably and are fast enough.

but need few details...can i host 1 proxy and 1 other site(not proxy) and what to do with 2 mysql databases....b'coz proxy does not use it....i'm interested in cloak starter

It's upto you what to do with the DB's...to use or not to use. It's kept as a provision for those who need special ad tracking scripts or their likes.

i've my domain at godaddy and added it to my acc using directadmin cpanle and then what i've to do to setup..shall i point to any nameservers and any thing to do in directadim panel...pls pm with bit instructions....would give itrader after...
