50GB bandwidth for a proxy? being a specialised proxy host you should know that wont be enough for anyone

 

well, for starter proxies (as suggested by our plan name 'starter') should be enough for a starter proxy...and b/w is upgradeable.

And for high traffic proxies, they can easily get their own dedi box...isn't it?

BTW, control panels do not count the incoming b/w used up for fetching the pages through the proxy script...so 50GB means you get about 100GB+

Running some proxies myself, a mid-traffic proxy used up only 40GB of b/w last month. A lot depends upon how you optimize the script (max filesize limit, compression, hotlinking disabling, etc.)

 

So how can we monitor our bandwidth?

 

This is a general approximation for proxies against bandwidth usage calculated by common control panels.

Our clients are billed as per control panel calculations...so they are the gainer in proxy hosting
