Looking to buy several easily maintained sites - $1500 to spend

    I'm looking to buy one or several sites. I have $1500 to spend or so. I want sites that will require little to no day to day maintenance - basically, I upload them to my server, and just check on them every once and a while. A couple of hours/week maintenance is fine, depending on the site.

    The site(s) needs to:
    • be 100% finished
    • have at least PR4
    • be at least 6 months old
    • have a good # of pages indexed in Google

    Higher traffic is better, but revenue is not important. Please post URLs here, along with asking price and any details that you may have on the site.

    Just let you know,

    Directories are a Pain in the ***

    All you get is 80% sites that are not really acceptable.

    And you need to look into each site to determine if that site is acceptable.

    And if you make the site paid or require reciprocal you don't get any submissions.

    I am not, sure which direction to go.

    I have my signature sites to sell, but I don’t sell them cheap.

    http://webuploads.com free video and image hosting site. Custom made script from scratch. 11 months old. Had 90,000 visitors/month but dropped b/c I put absolutely zero time into it. Now it is at about 40,000 visitors a month. never really advertised. But have huge marketing campaign in the works for it to bring traffic to over 200,000 visitors/ day within about 3 weeks.

    working on selling adspace for about $150/month, so thats what revenue will be at soon. Never really tried ads before this. I want a minimum of $1500 for it and not really planning on selling it cause the campaign I am building that I will be releasing on it in about a month but I am in need of money so I may consider sale.

    Site was coded specifically for me and has EXCLUSIVE rights to all code (php). Over 9400 videos and images uploaded so far. uses very small bandwidth for this type of site, can be run on a $4/month shared hosting plan. VERY good.

    Absolutely ZERO maintenence needed.
