Most probably thats a good deal with one year experienced site.

And actually you cant say alexa traffic rank is fully correct. As it is counted according to the visitors who are visiting through alexa toolbar. And might be he is not having enough users who are using alexa

As mentioned, you should hide/remove the CTR and eCPM otherwise Google might get upset.
It is against their TOS.

Im selling coz my finals are coming closer so i dont have time to manage any of my sites, i earn enough or u can say more than enough to spend for hosting (right now my adsense stat is 28$ in 15 days)
