    I have an Xfactor site that is built targeting 6 keywords on 6 different posts. All the Keywords were researched with Micro Niche Finder and all deemed to be against low competition. I can provide screenshots.

    The site is still new and getting minimal traffic right now. A few of the pages are on the first page of Google already for it's keyword, but down around position 9 or 10 so not much traffic there yet.

    They keywords are NOT high search count keywords, but in total the keyword searches for all 6 pages total about 7-8k searches so hitting number 1 for all those LOW competition keywords would bring in good traffic.

    If you are familiar with xfactor type sites, you will know it isn't about a ton of traffic but the clickthru rate is super high and a high CPC by design of the theme.

    This is a wordpress site tailored to mimic the Xfactor style.

    I am taking OFFERS here or in PM if you are interested. These sites are going for 300-400 NEW on Flippa. If I get a reasonable offer, I will sell this site.

    Keep in mind, it is new and not receiving much traffic, but it is about 9-18 visitors a day. I say 9-18 because in the past week I have had days with 9 visits and days with up to 18 per day.

    It is only getting a couple clicks per day right now, but not consistent yet until more traffic comes in.

    I have submitted articles (APPROVED) to many article directories already like EZine, GoArticles, ArticleBase, ArticleDashboard.... and I have a membership to ArticleRanks where I have distributed article to other blog owners with PR1 minimum, with in content links pointing back at EACH page. Each page of the site has a title and that title is the keyword if you want to check the keyword rankings.

    The Domain Registrar is Name.Com and I will push to new owners acct for free. If you don't have an acct, create on in 5 minutes... then you can transfer to wherever you want. Then I will Zip the site files and send files and database to you, or give you cpanel access to do it yourself if you'd like.
