WTS - .com Proxy Site, Earned $137.6 In Adsense Since Dec

I'm selling my proxy site :

It has earned $137.67 till today in Adsense since Dec.
$16+ last month
$10 this month, up till today.

Traffic is mainly from US and Aus, getting about 500-600 UV a day during school days, down to 200 UV during weekends.

Traffic source :
according to Google Analytics,
84% direct traffic
11.4% Google SE
1.5% Yahoo SE
others are from yahoo answer and click from my other proxy sites, and some kind of weird sites.

How I promote :
I have a newsletter group which account for the initial traffic. Then the traffic increases because of word of mouth, I supposed since I haven't done much promotion, and the traffic remains fairly stable since few months ago.

Reason to sell :
I want to create new proxy sites, so want to get rid some old ones to free up some bandwidth before creating new ones.

I do not have awstat, but I can provide Google Analytics, I installed the Google Analytics few weeks back. I not sure whether visits in Google Analytics is considered as UV, because another one is absolute UV, so I think there might be difference there.

To sum it up, Absolute Unique Visitor report counts visitors to your website (counting each visitor only once in the selected date range) whereas New vs. Returning classifies all visits (sessions) in the date range by the visitor type. The new visitor number may seem especially large if you are looking at a large date range, or if you have just recently installed Analytics on your site.

However, If I"m not remember wrongly, in awstat as well as other counters (such as statcounter) a unique visitor is considered unique for every 24 hours,
which if visitor A visits my website today, after 24hours, the counter will still consider him as a unique.

While on the other hand, Google will not consider so because Google Analytics is counting Absolute Unique, which means the 2600+ are new visitors in the period shown.

Here is a screenshot of the number of visits stat, which I think is a stat that accounts for UV for every 24 hours.

since there are still so many people who are interested in the site, I will extend the auction until everyone has made their decision.

here are the screenshot for Adsense. You will realize that the number of click is very low. Probably due to the bad template I use. With this amount of traffic, you can double or even triple the earning if you have a good template.

I have another site that has similar traffic but has 200+ clicks as compared to 102 clicks here.
