    I have decided to sale my Australian Shepherd site, as I really don't have the time to dedicate to it.

    Domain: http://www.aussieplanet.net

    Traffic: From Jan. 1 2007 through Yesterday, the site has averaged 730 visitors per month (about 25/day), with no optimization or SEO.

    The site includes a completely unique custom header, a forum (I had to delete a lot of posts because it was hit with some major spam). Also, the site runs on Joomla.

    I received an offer on the domain a number of months ago for $300, and an appraisal of the domain put it at $500.

    The site is monetized with AdSense, however, very little income from the ads. I intended on monetizing the site with an eBook or two but my wife and I just had our first child and she takes all my time.
