    Looking to invest in a site with at least 1-2K$ a month revenue (proven track record for at least 4 months back).

    Sites must be 100% legal so please:
    no proxies, streaming, downloads, warez, adult, ptc sites

    If your site is unique it's better, if traffic is high and natural/organic - better.

    Heavy blog is an option but I need more info like URL, who posted so far, rev sources.
    As for rev after purchase - of course there will be a need to change accounts at the advertisers.
