WTB: Established site/forum with revenue

    I am looking for an established site (with forum is a major plus) for sale that is currently making some revenue.

    I would prefer more unique niche's but anything is accepted...I do not want to buy dead sites or "fix-er-uppers"

    Budget is up to $2,XXX if the site is right!

    i am looking for sites that have established niches- not proxy's or other of that natue...forums are a HUGE plus tho...please send all revenue and stat detail and the price you are looking for as well
