    Selling my own baby, www.petedohertyforum.com
    The posts and members speak for themselves, and these were obtained with manual free advertising, not a cent spent on advertising, so lots of potential left in terms of getting members, especially with the new album on the way this month. Not much emphasis placed on rev. so just $60-70 in adsense, could make a lot if monetized intensively.
    Forum has dedicated mods and admin all working free of charge.
    Never any paid posting on the forum, every post is genuine.
    2650 pages indexed in google. Expected pr3-4 when update arrives.

    How can you expect such a high offer with barley any income stats....

    A site is usually worth 10X its monthly income. So if that is 50.00 per month on ad sense then its worth 500.00 TOPS! but it would never sell for that.

    Let me know what you think and what the lowest offer you would take is as I am interested.

    With forums especially, revenue is not always the key.
    I've given a good few reasons above to justify a high asking price.
    You're free to make a bid to start off, but I reserve the right to refuse if I'm not satisfied with final bid.
