    Basically, I'm looking to buy a site that is well put together with a nice design. The amount of traffic and revenue doesn't really matter...I can pay accordingly. My main concern is that it looks and functions properly.

    I'm not interested in proxy sites or sites that sell a product. Primarily, I'd like to buy one that can be monetized with adsense, cpm ads, etc. Content isn't a huge deal as long as the site is set up to easily add content.

    I know all of this sounds vague, but basically if you have a nice looking, fully functional site that you're interested in selling, just PM me with the details.
