    I want to buy a website which has been making more than $100 on a monthly basis via AdSense alone for atleast 2 months.
    I prefer a self updating site or a site with static content.
    (A Blog will do, but it should NOT be anything that falls under the adult or violent or make money now or ebooks for sale category.

    I will pay via PayPal and I will pay the fee.
