WTB $1500 site

I want to use $1500 for a good site.
No porn, myspace, file sharing, warez or proxy sites. The site needs to show a very steady income for at least 5 months. I prefer adsense income. I have to see all stats including ref stats. No over pricing please, I know the value of sites.
Prefer sites where a big part of the visitors comes from the SE`s.
I know I will get offers that do not fit my wishes, so again:
I am NOT interested in sites that does not have a STEADY income for at least 5 months.

Paypal only and if I do not know the seller from here I will have to take over the site, domain + content before paying.

So please, show me what you got

Its good that you ask about this, and are clear, I like that.
There are scammers around and they often have like only 100 posts and less than 2 iTraders. I would not have problems paying $1500 in advance to a member here that has 50 positive iTraders. And you are right, you don`t know me either, but you have to trust my iTraders and number of posts. This is a common practice here at DP and works very well in most cases. I can understand that this practice does not fit you of course.

 

Thanks for the response. What you say may make good sense in the world of DP, it's not necessarily the way I am used to doing business in the rest of the world-product first, payment later.
