Why? Answer is obvious... new users are not educated enough and the rep whole function is not clear at all... No obvious things about it, people forget about it and it becomes old hat... A lot would say why should I give rep if I never receive it, its a culture change...
Sure you never give -rep ?! Because I've got about 3-4 -reps signed "Peter Anderson" . Anyway, I do give rep, When I'm in a good mood.
you guys don't know that there is a difference between itraders and rep'S ? like nintendo already told there is. itraders are given only in the BST section for sucesfull deals and all this stuff but reps can be given everywhere via the scale symbol on the right top of every post.
Probably people find giving rep. a little tedious and it involves commenting as well.... I have seen "thanks" button on forums generating more actions rather than a rep. Regards, RightMan
Maybe because some people doesn't know how to use it or realize there is such a feature. Believe me, when I first started joining the forum, I didn't know about it as well.
May be, because they are jealous and don't like to see too many green bulbs on others profile. they want green bulbs on their own profile, but don't like to see on others.
I guess they don't have the habit and are lazy . However bad reputation is easy to get, if your post annoy someone .
