Rules Why can't I post?

    I have been a member for a long time now, but been away for a long time too.. just went to add a contest for a logo design and it says I don't have the rights to? I used to? Can anyone tell me why I can't post? I have contributed many times, I used to have good rep, although I notice this has now gone, and I have over 3 likes? Thanks
