Why can't I post a thread for a domain I want to sell? have I been blocked?

    Why can't I post a thread for a domain I want to sell? I tried going under Sell/Trade and under the Domains sections. Have I been blocked? I searched the FAQ but still can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I don' think I've made an infractions. Any help is appreciated
