I'm working on a website which has 100% unique content on almost all pages. Lot of the content i have written myself, and others are written by other employees.

I have done a search and discovered that most of our pages are in supplemental .. even the "contact us" page with company's address and contacts (which of course is unique) is in supplemental ..

the pages i'm talking about are full-page articles mostly, and not one-two sentences .. (things like sales letter, company's president's letter, etc etc etc .. they are all 100% unique)

can someone explain me please why did this happen and how to fix the situation ?

    Thanks!

The short version: you need more links to your site.

I have similar problem. All my content is unique/written only by me/, but I still have pretty much supplemental pages on a couple of sites. Additionally, I've checked most of the content with Copyscape and let say from a text block of 1000-2000 words there are 50-100, or about 5% duplicate. Is this a duplicate content? Cos' its impossible to avoid it in some cases - for example names of towns, resorts, etc? At other hand, some not important pages such as a page only with a contact form, or about us are not supplemental, but even have the PR of the home page...
However, I agree that more links = more PR distribution to all the pages...

Please give your site a back links and submit your sub pages to a directory who accept deep link like this one http://www.directorycritic.com/deep-links-directory-list.html.

You need to send more links and PR to those inner pages also, that will get them out of supplemental if you have enough unique content on each page.
