Why adsense is not accepting my website ?

Hey guys & girls

i've recently finished my wallpapers website http://wallpaperslovers.com/ and submitted to adsense in order to get an account

after couple days i got this reply

any idea why ? and can i resubmit my website ? i really need to get started with adsense
so what you guys really think should i do ?

 

For adsense approval your site must have additional pages like 'contact us' and 'terms of use'
also a short description of every wallpaper is required.

Do you have a site map? a clear and good navigation structure helps.

 

You should check the policy of Google Adsense and make website according their requirements in order to get your application approved.

 

That is nothing about traffic but the content. adsense require site that offer rich and meaningful content, that's why your site have been rejected

yes i believe that is the only reason they rejected my website
so i guess , i should start new website then and forget about getting approved with this one

its just content isn't valuable enough for google to display ads in

 

So you illegally steal images from other websites and want to monetize other people property? Adsense want no part of your illegal activity.

i already see nothing wrong here, tons of wallpapers websites are already using adsense

I did; what you are doing is still illegal. Do you have no comprehension of copyright laws?

So if you steal something from someones house and end up in court, your defense is going to be that its OK as other people do it. Epic fail.

If other sites are not compliant with the Adsense guidelines, then report them.

 

mentioned in the privacy policy page, is that all images copyrights belong to their authors and they have rights to ask for removal any time
+ most wallpapers actually all are free to use for non-commercial purposes, am not trying to sell stockphotos
google itself displays those images in search results, enables you to view them and even download but warns you about the privacy of those images which i already did in my website

Can I suggest you consult an internet copyright lawyer rather than continue to make a further fool of yourself with your baseless and false assertions.

 

First off , if am trying to be illegal i wouldn't apply to google nor add privacy policy, i wouldn't actually create this thread asking what is wrong with my website

so i clearly know that google got problem with wallpapers websites now for copyrights issues, however i made sure to keep the rights for the owners
i used to sell Wordpress Themes so i don't need to read the copyrights law
ps i don't like your way in discussion at all, grow up
how old are you ??? 12 ?

I haven't read the recent TOS, but in the past, your site should have been 6 months old - a requirement(at that time)!
Also checking your site now I get a page that returns "Maintenance mode" message.

Maybe you should add some text descr. along those pics - might help, but if they already reviewed it while under maintenance, I guess they just threw it away..

The best idea I come to is to apply with other domain/site that is at least 6 months old and somehow established... Still keep the ads among/near the text, not the images!

Yes you do. Its clear from above that you have no real comprehension of copyright laws. If you understood copyright law, then you would not have stolen other peoples images!

Those who steal other peoples content should be treated with contempt. You are a theif and should be treated accordingly. How do you think those who own the copyright to the content you stole feel about you?
