WHMCS is really running by cheap people. Lol! They have thousands of customers, but still they love to scam with 13.95$ :)

I m really stuck after seeing such a reply from Matt, that "Its your duty to cancel the subscription, we cant refund your money". Cheap matt, you like to charge for an expired license :) Have anyone faced the same sort of thing from whmcs?

Take it and have a nice christmas Lol! Quite cheapy person!

If you want i can attach the today's conversion :)

I haven't said they are not brilliant in service, but the problem is they think like a cheap begger :) Why should they scream for a 13.95$ for an expired license? They can easily refund my money? Isn't it?

Matt can't cancel your subscription if it is through paypal and you have a limited account through them.

To be fair if he told you before or if you read it then you can't go back on what you have read or said, its basically like a contract, the guy is offering a cheap service, why not respect his rules. I find that people tend to see a cheap service as a way for them to be cheap yet they expect the quality of a more expensive service, in business you pay for what you get and in business you have contracts if people don't abide by their contracts they get sued.

In essence if you think he didn't abide by a contract then sue him as thats business and he will learn from it but if you where told about it before you cant do anything about it. I am not saying charging for a expired license is right, its happened to me before. I had to swallow my mistake and keep going.

If you paid by paypal try a chargeback (only do this if your legally allowed too) as its frustrating when people do it who have been sent or received the product then they do the chargeback.
