You guys who are related to hosting, must have heard about whmcs (whmcs.com). They are really popular in the hosting billing cause their script loads faster and its cheap comparing to other products. Although, today i got a fun with the whmcs billing. I had a subscription with WHMCS, which is more than 1 year old. Although, for last few days, my paypal got limited and for having a address verification problem, i couldn't proceed with my cases. In the meantime, it was my payday for the whmcs license, and as you know for the limited paypal, my subscription couldn't get billed. I didn't cancel the subscription by myself because i thought if i cancel it from my side, they might disable my license and it would give me more problem. Although, i notified the whmcs support about it and look at the screenshot attached with this post After that reply, i went to my Invoices list and saw, my invoice is canelled , though it was due a few minutes ago. I knew how to pay it, though for ambiguous situation i tried to be more specific on it, and now i have to pay 3$ more every month Although, i was interested order a second license, but after such an approach, i m thinking for a different solution. Let me know if you guys got a suggestion.
