Where can I get this?

I need some type of software like I want to do a video, and its taking a video of the screen awhile I'm doing things on it and I can talk at the same time. So then when I give out the video, the watchers would see a video of my computer and what I'm doing on it and here what I'm saying.
Where can I get this software for not that much money?
