What would you do if your Adsense account got banned ?although you didn't violate the TOS by design.Do you have any plan for this potential problem ?

It did violate the terms of service if it got banned. Could you maybe link us your site so we could see any potential problems?

if you didn't do anything wrong, then you file an appeal. try to find out the reason for the ban and provide as much info as possible to support your innocence. adsense team will manually review your appeal and your account might just get reinstated

Appeal, then take this opportunity to go into affiliate marketing full time.

Well, if the site no way broke the rules (including invalid clicks), you can then submit a re-consideration request.
If that don't work, look for other PPC programs.

If it ever did, I would be very annoyed. But if contacting Google didn't work I would probably go to Yahoo ads.

Google only accounts for less than half of the income from my web sites. If I did something to get banned I would be temped to just forget about adsense and focus more on my affiliate relationships.

When my account got disabled and then eventually deleted, I tried a few times to communicate with Google about the issue, and was never able to get so much as a human response to what happened. I just moved on after that. To this day I have no idea why I lost my account. I tried setting up a new one at one point and was referred back to the past issue, then sent back into autoresponse hell when I tried again to resolve it. Not worth the time or trouble to try a third time.
