What Social Bookmarking Site Uses "no follow tags" To Stop Backlinks

Still on getting strong backlink from the social bookmarking sites. I learnt that some social sites uses the "no follow tags" so that Google won't be able to crawl their sites for backlink.

Here is my query:

How can I determine the social bookmarking sites using the "no follow tags" ? Is there a way I can know this?

I check each site before i submit any links. Alot of social bookmark sites now use no follow urls.

in my opinion, social bookmarking sites are good for only getting visitors, not for seo.

yes. you are right.. more social networks sites are no follow... few sites only do follow.
