I use the AddThis bookmark add-on on one of my sites and Most users choose to bookmark to Digg, Delicious, and Technorati in that order. I get the most human traffic from Digg by far. Although Technorati serves other seo purposes. I recommend the AddThis tool for anyone who doesn't know about it. It's very easy to implement and it offers full statistics for reporting.
I use the Share This plugin for Wordpress by Alex King on my blog but i have seen the AddThis too , and its nice too . the list here is nice but quite common .
it's a nice collection of social bookmark sites. but some of them has nofollow because of that , some fo them will not help the seo
