what is the purpose of Itrader?

    1) I just want to know that what is the purpose of Itrader and where people make it?
    2) please tell me another question that what is this VCC?
    3) please also tell me what is the purpose of green dots below your posts counter and when one dot changes to two?

    It is a rating system like the one used on eBay. It is done when you make a deal with another member. You either rate them positive or negative and can leave a comment about the deal. If you leave one without making a deal, you will get an infraction.

    VCC is a virtual credit card.

    And thoose green dots are for reputation. You get one for every 100 reputation points. You can check your reputation points in User CP :).

    Initially it was to trade after doing a transaction with a user so they could build trust within the forums but it's pretty much been abused so it's hard to determine which are genuine and which are not.
    VCC = Virtual Credit Card
    The green dots represent a members' reputation.
