Hey Guys, I think there is confusion as to what copywriting is Writing Articles for $5 is not copywriting And frankly I dont think people should be willing to do that .. its chicken feed Copywriting is Writing Direct Response Sales Copy For example I Write Direct Response Web Sites for Internet Marketers I have worked with some of the biggest names in the business I get a minimum of $3,000 PLUS a Share of the profits Why are people willing to pay me that much? Because when i write a sales letter for $3k they may make $50k, $100k or much more So I'm worth it If i sound like a snob or anything please forgive me that was no my intention It just irks me to see people working for peanuts when they could be making so much more Jack Bastide 800-595-2252
This subject has been discussed in quite a few places already, and recently. Jason (Marketjunction) puts it beautifully in that thread. Many of us here also agree with you about charging what you're worth, and several of us are actually trying to do something about it.
