(usually when design functionality or options change they notify users about changes) Design sucks big time.. Cant figure out where my threads are.. There is a reason why Craigslist never changes... At this point ii dont get it .. should i be a premium member to be able to post under contest?? I see non premium posting there.. Whats the deal ? 2- Posted under design instead of contest and apparently i am not authorized to look at my thread and pay people that are working on my contest... 3- Help ?? Twitter ... ??? Really ?? Not even a contact form.. WTF happened to this forum
They told us for the last 2 years that these changes were coming. I don't know about you, but for me 2 years is enough time.
The world is changing, internet too. Get used to it. DP looks cool now and for anything related to new features or limitations, you have a help section that you can use.
I still dont know what these rules are and there is no help.. click help you go to twitter... according to youthats help??
I`m not sure what "Help" are you clicking on, but here`s were you need to start reading from... https://forums.digitalpoint.com/help/
Explore further and you'll find: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/forums/support-feedback.3/ It only takes a tiny bit of effort and brain power. In particular, read this.
I think they are working on changes from 1 and half year and even every time you leave iTrader there a big text shown that this system is going away.. and after they made changes they had sent mail to all with title "Digitalpoint is all new" holy crap..this design is much faster then VB and easy to navigate & alerts system are awesome..what you didn't like in this new design?? even I can figure out all thread started by you then why you can't?? https://forums.digitalpoint.com/search/25467140/ Again Like and Established member concept is there i think you should read FAQ first https://forums.digitalpoint.com/thr...ers-answer-of-your-why-where-and-how.2637220/ and the deal is very simple contribute useful content or buy premium membership. This is help and support forum you can ask here or yes you can ask on twitter if you can explain problem in 140 char
Complaining and whining will not help us. Learning and contributing will help us surviving in this wild world.
I guess Digital Poin Forum must be done to change for the better, I guess you ( alboss13 ) don't want to learn the rules and hints in this forum
No one answered my question yet "should i be a premium member to be able to post under contest??" which proves my point
I am an established member here and I can post under "contest" that's simply means that you should be an established member of DP by getting 3 Likes from 3 different Established Members to post in that section. You can also get premium membership to post there if you are find it hard to get 3 likes and can't wait for it. There is only 2 options to post in that section: be an established member of DP be a premium of DP So now it's up to you which option you avail. hope this can help you.. Thanks
I had written long reply and given you link but i am sure you didn't read it https://forums.digitalpoint.com/thr...ers-answer-of-your-why-where-and-how.2637220/ ANSWER OF YOUR QUESTION IS SIMPLE BECOME ESTABLISHED MEMBER OR BUY PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP
Are you saying with all the threads in the Feeback section of DP, you can't figure out what's going on?
OP, Almost once a week there is someone asking the same thing. Complaining over something that over 90% of members like. The new system helps to reduce scams. I dont mean to sound like a smart arse, but if you had just gone to google and typed in "why cant i post in bst section" the first result is the answer you are looking for. With the new system, all you need to do is write a few quality posts, and once 3 people like it, you will be able to post in the BST section.
Yes, you should either be established or pay. Everyone should be treated equally. This is Shawn's forum and if he wants to set such rules for accessing the marketplace that's his choice. Now step back for a moment and imagine YOU owned such a huge forum. Wouldn't you want ways of controlling spam and scam? Setting some requirements (or paid access) is one good way of doing it. I doubt you're able to be objective though, much like the other snivelling babies who blub about having to get three measly likes.
If you have time, it's better to contribute here and be an established member. If you have money but do not have time to contribute, be a premium member. If you don't have both, just go home and relax with your turtle.
MY point was that the way this forum works now makes it hard for new users and non regular users to understand whats going on. This forum format is not the same as what most people are used to see.
