I've been working with web design and coding for almost my entire life as an artist; I have ran multiple websites over my career, and have finally decided to let this one out of my hands. I’ve known from early on about how the web industry works. And the saturation of niche websites with dry web design. Yet I can proudly say I will never offer any niche sites for resale, including sites with a careless design. As I wanted to get involved in this auction a bit, this project has taken me two years to develop. Infused with WordPress software, this mostly custom one of a kind theme has been in the works for quite awhile. However, what you are bidding on is the theme, images, content, and domain for the website, so that you may run it completely upon your own server or hosting provider. I have started some of the basic content so that you can start with some of the sections filled to get a look at how the finished product is. As well it combines Adsense into the design, [where the error pages are at because there is no user #] however I’ll post the specs all together.

In additon the webpage does have some kinks in it, and some things have not been finished or might not be properly compelted. The things that will need work are resizing the comment box, fixing the tab links, and a few minor/small other things if there are any. However I would say it's about 95%+ finished and compeltely coded. Lastely, I have expectations for this auction price-wise, the coding alone was $200, and the #of design hours has exceeded 60+ hours. This theme is work well over $1K+ and could be easily leased out or retailed or set up for promotion, so thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Here's a few quick features, the header is a custom design which uses tabs and a functional search bar; As well under the header there is a login panel where members can register at or login at. The member list button or the tabs are not linked correctly, however can be simply fixed.



The catagory page allows for a global accountment as the "no new announments" can be changed simply by overwriting the image. As well the latest posts automatically update everytime a new post is made. Once the box is full it creates a mini-scroll bar, and link to the next pages. To the left where you see the "i" this area is for google adsense ads, simply insert your user # into the html code.



The article pages features google ads under the catagory breakdown, "home > all reviews..", not shown however it can be easily added as well by adding your adsense user #. As well the "i" shown to the left is agian, more adsense area. However, the site features article tools, which can be used to edit or delete the article. The top tools have not been linked correctly, so they will minor work.



The homepage has a changeable header image, which can be used for site introduction pictures, etc. As well it features a top rated articles section, that should be updated manually. However below the big image, the posts are automoatically updated as new ones are created. The homepage also features images under the article title for easier browing; as well the top rated articles also feature icons next to the article title and can be linked to any post in wordpress.
