What the business does : Property management company Colors I like : #7D4800 (gold) / #00562F (green) Brief : it should contain 2 letters HI (that's the initials of the the company), a clean and modern logo. A letter mark, i.e. main focus on the lettering. Design direction: 1) Celtic script like lettering, but clean and modern http://www.dafont.com/irishuncialfabeta.font http://www.dafont.com/celtic-hand.font 2) Somehow incorporating the H into something that looks like a house, with the I also present. Deliverables : In both cases with layered PSD & other source files will be delivered. mock up in colour & grayscale details of any fonts used (it should really be a vector drawing) Exclusions : please no 3rd party stock images Closes : Friday 14 March at 18:00 GMT Winner: will be chosen soon after this time, and has to be free to do minor adjustments. Payment : $40, will be done by PayPal. Other notes : I will award 2nd & 3rd prizes of $20 & $10 respectively, should you choose to sell the rights to them to me.
