    Reason For Selling: I have found that I do not have the time to run the forum and promote it due to infringing obligations of family matters. I bought the forum a couple of weeks ago, but have been unable to tend to it as I thought I could.

    Why would you buy: For a number of reasons, one it's ranked top 10 most of the time in google.co.uk for the search term 'warez' and on the second page for the same search term on google.com. Already built up a vibrant community and 4000+ members. Ranks well in katz.cd with a 3* and is currently being reviewed to become a 4* so loads of guests visiting. Domain is over a year old so it will always rank well in google. You can have the remainder of the month hosting free and I will give you the contact person to carry on hosting it on a secure server, he charges $50 a month for hosting. Looking for a quick sell so its a bargain buy. Site has a PR3.

    Revenue: The title says excellent revenue, but I meant it has potential for excellent revenue. Sorry. I cannot edit the post title. Anyway, I never ran any ads on the site since I bought the forum, so assume no revenue. The "donations" section has not been enabled since I bought the forum, but this would open up an avenue of revenue to the new owner if it were to be enabled. You can also add ads if you wish.
