Want to make a little fast cash?

I am wanting to have two complete sites made. I can either hire one person to do both or two people it doesn't matter to me.

Freebie site
I want to have a website that will have google adsense, paypal intergrated and allows me to pull freebies from other sites. I'm not sure if its possible but basically i want to be able to put several different freebies and free offers such as free trials and such on my website that other sites are offering. If there is a way for them to update themselves as the site changes its offer or whatever that would be great. I would possibly want part of it to be a one time paid membership like for better offers they would pay a small one time fee and get emails or newsletters when new things are added and so forth.


Site 2


I want a poem directory where I can add my poems and then others can submit their own if they wish too. I would also want a forum for this site that others can talk as well. I would also want this site to have google adsense.


If you can do one or both of these please post your asking price, payment method that you accept and time estimate of how long it would take you.
