    it's not unique, i was using this script for my chain of webhosting review sites previously.. i'm constantly on the lookout for unique layouts to buy over..

    This script is.. wait. its not a script, it's just a template on a pligg cms platform developed by a site call hostrisk.info/hostrisk.com previously. their site is no longer available. [of coz u can just view source on the seller's website and see all the info i just stated]
    + There's countless warez version of this script around to be downloaded.

    while i don't usually do this to other owners trying to flip a site, but i'm just feeling chivalrous today. =D
