    It is just a site that I thought to start about moneymaking and tips but now I'm running out of time.(Actually my whole plan was to help pp with stuffs)

    Why am I selling?
    Ans: No time to handle, + need money.

    Very nice wordpress theme.
    Selling with content(original unique work)
    Listed it in sedo for sale @ $250:p (generate traffic ad u may get an nice offer some day!)
    site already submitted to more than 500 search engines/+ directory (manually) have few backlinks as well.
    Hosting by freehostia.(till 1 yr frm now)


    Cons:
    New
    Low traffic (50 a day or so)
    No revenue for now (offcourse new)
