Torrent Spider Search Engine

This really sucks, but I'm going to have to do it as I've run into some recent money problems and need cash asap. My last resort is to sell my most worked website, http://intilo.com/. This is a torrent spider search engine, NOTHING is illegal as you do NOT host any torrents on your own server. The site has custom scripting that sends out spiders to sites like torrentspy, grabs a bunch of torrents and enters them into the mysql db. The crawlers are setup through cronjobs to work at specific times and for specific amounts of time.

The website has has a customer admin control panel, which allows you to:
    - Manual start the crawlers
    - Modify cron jobs! <- The script has it's own cron job center built right in!
    - Control Backups <- The script can backup the entire mysql db manually or with cron jobs, it even backs up the admin settings.

There are two features that have not been coded:
    - Create a crawler (This is very easily to do, but would be nice in the control panel.
    - Banning IP address (This is potentially useless so I never really put it as a priority, but again, you might want this.)

Here is a screenshot of the control panel: http://intilo.com/controlpanel.jpg
All of the php scripting is CUSTOM! I spent $900 on all the coding alone.
The website has a custom design/logo, I spent $100 on that alone.

Currently the website averages between 200-300 unique hits a day and is turning a profit of about $30-40/month from advertising (bidversiter, and me just offering adspace to people). However I have not really taken advantage of advertising nor have I optmized anything, as the site is almost brand new (been out for 3 months). With google adsense, and some searching for advertisers, you could easily double that.

Now I've invested well over $1200, in this project, so all the work is just about done, you just have to place your ads. I'm asking for $800 to recover some of my lose. I will help you set everything up on your site, and I will also give you the name and contact info of the coder who did the work in case you need him. I'm also open to offers, or cash+trader, but I really need the money. If you have any questions/offers, please PM me or post here.

Definitely interested in the answer to the above, results seem very limited.

Right now the script can not show how many seeders/leachers there are. I'd imagine it's not too hard to get this coded in. Also, don't be shy to throw offers at me, even lowballing.. I need the cash ASAP.

Ok here's what happened, when I move hosts I restored a really old backup. I am updating torrents by manually sending out the spiders, expect the number to increase to over 100,000 by tomorrow.

ok un1x I will await spider updates.

Same thing happened to piratebay when they went back online last month.

It took them about 3-4 days to get the trackers sorted.

Send me a PM when you have updated results.

im interested but i'd like to know some technical details about the code. i would like to make some enhancements to your code (after purchase) and need to know how easy that would be... here are my questions:

    1. how to you get the torrent info (i.e. name etc). Do you extract it from the actual torrent files, or just scrape it from the mininova/tbp interface?
    2. is the max_execution_time a problem for spidering activities. my current host (and many others) allow 30 seconds max_execution_time for php scripts
    3. how much time would it take for me to add more modules to index additional sites?
    4. how do you determine if torrents are still current etc? surely you don't revisit 1.2 million torrent pages every day to re-check that the torrent is still active?
    5. have used wget/cURL/other for spidering? i like the idea of cURL because it can work with cookies
    6. how does the spidering work? what is the sequence of the spider actions? how do you identify new pages/torrents on torrent sites?
    7. how much bandwidth are you "spending" each month on spidering activities?
    8. wat kind of server are you running this from? is it dedicated or shared?

i hope you can answer the questions well. i am seriously interested in buying out the package and closing the website (sorry! -- i will continue using the code for a different project)
