    I am selling the website www.mydiscounttools.com

    It is currently comes up in first page results of Google (#5) for the keyword "discount tools" and #1 for the keyword "bargain tools"

    On Yahoo it is Page 1 #2 for "discount tools"

    PR is at 4 for the home page.

    It generate over $100 per month in ad income alone. Gross sales are in the thousands per year and Sept to Dec is the best time of year. This is all with natural Search Engine placement, no PPC avertising.

    You can use this site turn-key or revamp for an existing company that would like a web presence

    The site is several years old. I am turning my attention to other projects and don't have the time or motivation to maintain this site anymore.

    I am going to list this on no-reserve on EBAY soon if I don't get a quick sale.
