    Has at present 306 members.

    Buyer has to move the site files themselves to their own hosting.
    If buyer want to keep present hosting, there will be an extra charge for this.

    Buyer will have cpanel access to move all files for only 7 days.

    Buyer responsible for any and all future payouts, including the present account balances of all the members.
    I just paid out those who had $5 or more coming to them.

    The domain is at namecheap, so free transfer to your namecheap account.

    Auction will last for 3 days only. Or until BIN is met.

    Majority has been me advertising my sites.
    Income has been very slim.

    But you are correct, you need to get paying advertisers to make money.
    Plus so far, no one has upgraded to premium membership or purchased referrals, another source of income.
