Is the site banned from adsense or do you not have it?

 

I'm not sure if the site is banned or my old account. I had a few sites in the account. I honestly couldn't tell you. I'm happy with adbrite.

 

I'm going to leave this a couple more hours only and if I don't get an offer over 2k + (Prefer mid x,xxx range) ready to do the deal today, I'll close this sale. The site's too easy to make much more than this and I'll spend the next 30 days adding hundreds more subdomains and increase earnings ten fold.

I only listed it for a quick sale since I can verify traffic / earnings and the max offer I've gotten so far it around 2 months revenues (Whoopdie), considering it's real power / potential for someone with time to make the subdomains really happen. Frankly it's really easy to make this ALOT bigger and If like I said I don't get a ready to go offer over 2k + (Prefer mid x,xxx range) in the next few hours I'll be withdrawing this offer .. surviving off my other sales and turning this into a mega site inside 30 days.

I need some quick funds or I'd not even be considering selling this :S

143.40 per week x 4 weeks per month = $573.60 .. Then multiply that by some serious work adding more and more content in the next 30 days.. That's the potential. I'm NOT interested in letting this go for 2 months earnings. Especially when it's one of a kind and custom and the only script like this period. I will also modify the layout over the next 30 days if I keep it.

Subdomains are considered backlinks and external.. not internal links meaning more listings.

Final chance to make a real offer and complete the deal today.

If I see a real offer and seriously ready to go with payment / transfer in the next few hours I may still sell it.

 

Most I am willing to go right now is $1100. With no iTrader here and not knowing if the traffic will be sustained I can't go to 2k.

 

I'd 50 / 50 with you for further development for that if you're interested in that. it's a little low to let go completely for that much to be honest but I think long term development would be really good. In fact you can take the first 1100 earnings if you're worried.

 

One last bump before I close this opportunity for good and go nuts on development.

MarcL I wont let this one go for anywhere near this cheap to be honest. Without trying to sound rude I am a domainer. I know the multiples the average domain goes for with good revenues. To let this go for less than 3 months revenue would be a mistake on my part and a bad move. I'm honestly not inclined to move this one now for less than a mid x,xxx offer. Some people have paid me in the past up to 24 months revenue for "parked" domains. I have a pretty big portfolio. I just want to make it clear is all that unless a "good" offer comes along I won't let this go.

 

I'm no longer looking on a sale of this.. partner perhaps / investor. I will take this ALOT bigger. PM if interested.
