Feedback Subject can't Create Thread in Buy,Sell, Trade

    As the title explains, I am unable to create a thread in Buy,sell, trade. Maybe I am new member here is that the reasons? or Any other...
    Any senior member, please explain.

    But before few weeks i was able to create thread in buy sale section , but suddenly i this feature had removed for me
